And going to the gym.  I can’t let myself go again.  Time to start weighing myself again too.  I want to destroy at volleyball with ease, I want women to approach me/eye fuck me because of my physique, I want to look GREAT with my shirt off and my sweet tan.

    • Thanks dude. Yeah, I actually do. I try to stock apples, bananas, bosc pears, and clementines. I take them to work a few at a time so I can use those for snacks instead of junk food.

      This morning I swam around the pier with my cousin in some decent size surf (6′) and had an egg white burrito with mushroom, avocado, spinach, artichoke hearts, and potatoes. Only ate half for breakfast. Trying to eat less and more often and a good step or two above in healthiness as an average (every once in a while I’m sure I’ll have something unhealthy).

    • Oh, and meant to say I make italian salads with spinach, roma tomato, fresh mozzarella, a handful of walnuts, and some balsamic vinegar. Sometimes I add chicken. Mmmm.
